In March 2026, these electric vehicle chargers were changed from no cost to fee-based. After several years of providing these electric vehicle chargers as a community resource with donations encouraged, continued abuse and mis-use caused us to change our stance and move the chargers to fee-based. The chargers are still some of the lowest costs per kWh around and while your vehicle powers up, we invite you to help power the next generation of innovators.

STEM Harvest, located right here in this building, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing hands-on technology and engineering education to the youth of Western Kansas. We operate entirely on the generosity of our neighbors.

Donation to our education center directly funds:

• Free access to 3D printers, robotics kits, and coding software for local students.

• Hands-on workshops that teach real-world problem-solving.

• Inclusive outreach that ensures every child in Hays has a path to a tech career.
